You will be asked to provide a urine specimen of 30 ml -45 ml
Bring a photo ID
Minors need parent/guardian present. School ID acceptable to identify
Come in, Sign in, and if your ready proceed to the counter
If you can not give a sample, do not approach the counter
Results
Specimen is shipped out same day
Reports go directly to ordering company
Medical Review Officer will contact those with positive samples
This gives you the opportunity to explain any drug usage
